What to send
Use hello@sizeitup.space for anything that needs a human. Name the object id if you know it, or the name as printed on the board, and quote the fact sentence you are challenging. Include the figure you think we should use and where a reader can check it: a rule book, a manufacturer page, an encyclopedia entry. A link helps. A screenshot of the round helps more, because the axis word is easy to omit.
Privacy mail should say what you want. If you played without an account, we do not have a profile to delete. The streak lives in your browser. Say so if you are asking about local storage, cookies, or a future advertising partner. Do not send passwords, identity documents, or card numbers. There is nowhere on this site that needs them, and mail is the wrong place for them.
What we can answer
We can correct a measurement, clarify a fact line, or explain a score. We cannot restore a streak from another browser. We cannot tell you today's answers by mail if you have not played. The answers page already states the rule: today stays closed until you finish or you choose to look. Writing to us is not a side door.
We do not offer paid placement of an object, a sponsorship that changes a ratio, or a guest post. A suggestion for a new cut-out is welcome if it comes with a source and an axis. It is not a promise that the object will be drawn. The library stays small enough that every pair can still be checked by eye.
Language and time
English and Serbian are both fine. If you write in another language we may answer in English. There is no phone line and no postal address published here, because the project does not run a desk. Mail is the contact. If the mailbox ever changes, this page and the privacy page change with it. An old address forwarded in silence is how identity gets muddled, and this site is trying not to do that.
Please do not use the contact address to send advertising for your own site, traffic-exchange offers, or anything that asks us to click a link in order to 'verify' the mail. Those messages are discarded. A real correction looks like a sentence about a pedestal, a tail, or a land area, with a source. We read mail in the order it arrives and we answer measurement disputes before general questions. There is no live chat. If you need a record that you wrote, keep your own copy. We do not run a ticket desk, and we will not pretend a form on this page stores a case number.
What you will not find here
There is no phone number, no street address, and no support contract. The project is a website. The operator is reachable at the mailbox named above and in the privacy policy. If that mailbox is ever replaced, both pages will name the new one in the same edit. Do not trust a different address that appears only in a reply you did not start. A correction thread begins when you write to the published address.
Playing the game does not require this page. Writing to us does. Include the date of the round if the dispute is about a daily pair, and the shelf if you were not on mixed. A score without the pair is a number we cannot replay. The answers for past dates are already on the answers page. Contact is for when that page and the fact line still look wrong, not for when a round simply went badly. If you are writing about privacy, name the browser and say whether you want an explanation or a deletion of mail you already sent. We cannot delete a streak on a machine we do not hold. You delete that yourself by clearing site data for this domain.
A useful letter
A useful letter is short. One object. One sentence from the board. One source a stranger could open. If the object is a landmark, say whether you mean the figure, the pedestal, the spire, or the antennas. If it is a country, say whether you mean length or land area, and which territory. If it is a vehicle, name the model year or class the way the fact line does, such as a 747-400 rather than 'a plane.' We can check that. We cannot check a feeling that the drawing looked small.
You do not need to play a round before you write, and you do not need an account. You do need the published address. Messages sent to some other inbox, or posted as a comment on another site, do not reach this project. There is no comment thread here. Mail is the whole channel. Keep your own copy if you want a record. We answer when the note is about a measurement, a privacy request, or who operates the site.
