You may play the daily board, unlimited pairs, and the compare tool without paying and without an account. You may not present this site as sizeitup.games or as any other game it is not. We are not affiliated with sizeitup.games. The cut-outs are original. The names of real places, vehicles, and buildings are used as size references, not as a claim that we own those names.
Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other players, and do not wrap it in a frame that hides who operates it. Linking to a page is fine. Copying the library of measurements into another product as if it were your survey is not.
Measurements are rounded, not certified
Every figure is a rounded public number, and the fact line says which version we used. A pedestal included, a tail included, land area rather than a disputed total: those choices are part of the puzzle. They are not a warranty that a civil engineer, a museum, or a government would publish the same rounded metre. Do not use the board to navigate, to fabricate, or to settle a contract. If a number is wrong for the version we claimed, write to the contact address on the contact page and we will check the source.
Scores are a game. A 1,000-point day means the ratios were close under our curve. It does not certify eyesight, education, or a prize. There is no prize. The streak is a count in your browser. We do not promise it will survive a cleared cache, a new phone, or a browser that blocks storage.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to attack the host, to probe other players, or to send us malware under the name of a correction. Do not use the contact address for traffic-exchange schemes or for mail that asks us to click in order to prove we are human. You are responsible for the legality of what you send us. We may ignore mail that is not about the game, a measurement, or privacy.
The site may be unavailable while it is edited or while the host fails. We do not promise a particular uptime. Pages can change, including these terms. The footer link is the current version. If you keep playing after a change, you are playing under the terms then published.
Liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from a rounded figure, for a lost streak, or for advertising a partner may later show on the page. Nothing here excludes liability that the law of your country does not let us exclude. Privacy questions are handled under the privacy policy. Human contact is hello@sizeitup.space.
Advertising
If advertising appears, it is subject to the privacy policy, including the disclosure that advertising partners may use cookies and similar identifiers. You still do not need an account to play. Ads, if they are switched on, are not part of the score and not a hint. Do not expect a lock-in to change because an ad loaded. Do not click an ad to support the site. We will not ask you to.
These terms and the privacy policy are the pair a reader needs before treating the site as a publisher. The about page says who operates it. The contact page says where to write. None of those pages change the rules of a round: black reference, white guess, red truth, ratio score. If a sentence in a guide and a sentence in these terms disagree, these terms and the privacy policy win on identity and data, and the catalog fact line wins on which measurement was in play. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy, sell, or bet. If someone tells you a score here is worth money, they are not speaking for this project.
